Having purchased a Braun 370-3 series 3 shaver a few days ago, I was so impressed with the shave it gave, a second one has been ordered to-day for my son, who tried mine and was also very impressed!

have used a Remington for 10 years,and always had a very close shave. Decided to upgrade and have been very disappointed with this model, it gives a reasonable shave but not a close shave, cannot deal with longer hairs as advertised and not good in cutting the difficult areas.
Have tried to take this up with the owners of Braun, Procter and Gamble who say that other than returning it to the service centre for examination they will take no further action.

I had been a satisfied user of Braun shavers for years and on the basis of previous experience I had anticipated that the Braun 370-3 Series 3 shaver would mark an advance on earlier models. However, I have been very disappointed as it fails to give me a close shave generally and is not very good at all in dealing with the more stubborn corners.
