I already had my shaver but the Coolskin Nivea Cream Sachets are very nice to use and in my opinion they are much better than the Gel ones... My husband loves these sachets, but has to be the lotion, not the gel. Very difficult to get it in the shops, especially Boots, very annoying since they actually sell the shavers and then they don't stock up on the lotions that go with it.

Boots definitely lost my custom and I will be buying from Shavers going forward.

Cant find the refills anywhere. After trying for over 3wks think ill stick with Gillette.

You need an expert to insert the so called self installing cream balm. Not a bad little shaver, still prefer a wet one though!

I just want to say that having used a Philips Coolskin shaver for a few years now, I have found that I HAVE to use the HQ170 cartridges, as the HQ171 gel does not stop me getting shaver burn. The 170 balm makes a BIG difference and I would recommend anyone with sensitive skin to make a point of getting these - they really do help a lot!

It can be a real struggle to find these in high street shops. You can generally buy the gel sachets easily but the balm just sells out. I ordered from Shavers despite them being out of stock and they arrived 2 days later! Brilliant service as ever.
