Received this today (Monday) after ordering on Thursday night so very very impressed with the super quick delivery. Very impressed with this nifty little gadget, after realising you could pay up to about £100 for one of these I thought i'd start off with a cheap one and see how I got on.

Under arms tomorrow :-) p.s. it does not hurt as much as waxing, I have a waxing kit and find it very messy and it takes ages to warm up so this is a far better quick and clean option.

It is not for the faint hearted though, I tried it on my mum and she nearly screamed so you do need to be used to this type of hair removal or you may get a shock. I'm used to it so doesn't hurt. It's a really vicious looking device however does the job! 10 out of 10.

I couldnt see much difference between this and higher priced models (except perhaps for different heads), so opted for this as I've never used an epilator before.

Very pleased with results indeed. As fast as shaving and much longer lasting. It is uncomfortable at first, but you do get used to it surprisingly quickly - something I never did with waxing.

Fantastic product and great service from the company (delivered really quickly). Removes hair effectively and much less painful than waxing. I'm a wimp and was quite comfortable using this. Can't imagine why you'd need to buy one of the more expensive epilators as this does the job perfectly.

Beware of power supply though - it is designed to fit into a shaver plug (the ones with 2 pins) so I had...

This is a fantastic product after waxing for years i finally bought the braun 3170 epilator and was not disapointed. Its less painful than waxing and doesn't iritate the skin at all. I have just bought my mum one as well its worth every penny i'm really pleased!

After taking the advice from my friend (T.G.Penman) i went and bought my-self the silk epilator. And i think it's the best money i have ever spent. I must agree with her it is a bit painfull but u do get used to it, no messing aroung with wax shaving gel or razor's just sit in front of the t.v and you're off. ladie's you dont know what you're missing??? fab
